Project Coordinator

As a Data Management Associate in the telecommunications industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of project schedules and team assignments. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and maintaining data integrity associated with project schedules and team assignments - Handling data transfers between internal and external sources - Managing project documents by scanning and distributing them in both soft copy and hard copy formats - Database management including data entry, report generation, and distribution - Developing and maintaining an activity log to track billing milestones - Analyzing reports both quantitatively and qualitatively - Utilizing Excel functionality for side-by-side report analysis (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.) - Coordinating conference calls, meetings, and site visits with project teams, clients, and other involved parties Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or associate degree preferred - 0-3 years of work experience in a professional environment - Strong written and oral communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel - Ability to work efficiently and independently, multitask, meet deadlines, and achieve project goals - Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills - Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously at varying paces - Strong interest in learning about the telecommunications industry Please note that the job type for this position is full-time and permanent.
