Job Description


* You have 2-4 years of experience in a project coordination, executive assistant, or similar role, preferably within a large organization or consulting environment.

* You are exceptionally organized with an impeccable attention to detail.

* You possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

* You are proactive, assertive in follow-ups, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.

* You are proficient with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and PowerPoint) and familiar with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet) is a plus.

* You can navigate a complex organizational structure and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

* A background in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain is advantageous.
