As a Project Lead for a new project launching alongside an existing one, your role will be crucial in driving successful execution and ensuring effective decision-making. You will be responsible for coordinating development tasks, managing timelines through Jira, and fostering collaboration between developers and designers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks. - Take ownership of project planning, tracking, and delivery processes. - Manage project boards and workflows efficiently using Jira. - Collaborate closely with Python and Angular development teams to ensure smooth progress. - Work in tandem with UI/UX teams to uphold design consistency and quality standards. - Identify bottlenecks, employ data-driven decision-making, and implement effective solutions. - Keep management informed by communicating project updates, risks, and milestones diligently. Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in managing or coordinating tech-based projects. - Strong understanding of Python, Angular, and UI/UX development cycles. - Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile project tracking methodologies. - Demonstrated excellence in decision-making and problem-solving. - Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
