Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience to play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects across diverse teams. Your exceptional organizational skills, proactive approach, and capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting will be pivotal in this role. With a solid background in project coordination within agile environments, you will be tasked with facilitating ceremonies, monitoring milestones, addressing delivery bottlenecks, and ensuring project governance. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure clear definition and achievement of project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Maintaining project documentation, tracking and reporting on project milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation will be part of your role. Effective communication with stakeholders, timely escalation of risks/issues, and proactive resolution of impediments will also be crucial. You will support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancements, as well as ensuring team alignment with Agile principles and Scrum best practices. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management within a technology or software development environment. A strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills, is essential. The ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across geographically dispersed teams, coupled with a detail-oriented approach and a strong sense of ownership and follow-through, will be highly valued. Preferred qualifications include Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I) or other Agile-related certifications, exposure to enterprise software development or implementation projects, and familiarity with Microsoft Business Applications such as Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
