Job Description

1. Conducting meetings with Business Units for understanding the forecast and do the planning with AMM Factory accordingly.
2. Receiving orders through ERP or manually. 3. Reviewing technical requirement/ aspects of the same. 4. Costing along with other stake holders for various inquiries. 5. Releasing and configuring customer orders through IQ Wizard/ ERP. 6. Placing order on AMM Factory for execution. 7. Getting Order Acknowledgement (OA) from AMM Factory on time. 8. Communicating OA to Sales Company or Business Units of Alfa Laval. 9. Monitoring and expediting various activities throughout life cycle of the module 10. Close coordination with Engineering and Supply team during Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing activities, and the other stake holders. 11. Conducting meetings for expediting modules with various stake holders. 12. Initiating dispatch activities by getting shipping details from Sales Companies. 13. Update the Template in relation with dispatch. 14. Updating and maintaining various files to track the orders. 15. Creating projects in PROMIS and working on the same for uploading and controlling documentation. 16. Closing the projects on PROMIS, after completion of all the module activities. 17. Close communication with Sales Companies/ Stake Holders to update the status of the modules. 18. Generating management information reports.

Monitoring and ensuring Delivery on Time of the modules under manufacturing. Monitoring and ensuring OAs are released in with Key Performance Indices. Supporting Sales Companies by providing correct inputs to their inquiries/ claims by coordinating with various stake holders. Participating in Project Kick-off meetings. Creating projects in PROMIS and working on the same for uploading and controlling documentation. Coordinate with Documentation Hub for the documentation required for the modules. Implementing and following Quality Management System for ISO 9001. Helps in Claim handling Helps in yearly costing of CTO modules Maintaining the traceability of the modules per customer order. Helps in handling service portal tickets.

Who you are
As a person you are carry out 3 - 5 Years of Experience in same / relevant experience.
What you can be
Mechanical Engineer graduate, having relevant experience in the same field.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience. Fluent written and spoken English. Capable of reading and understanding P ID for HSS Modules. Capable of reading and understanding Layouts for High-Speed Separator skids. Can understand specifications, selection and assist Purchase Department in Ordering the components of the HSS module. Good knowledge of MS office tools like Outlook e-mail, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc
