Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Collaborating with business users to gather, analyse, and define financial and controlling requirements
  2. Understand existing gaps/problems related to FI/taxation, provide a solution, prepare an activity tracker, and carry the project end-to-end
  3. Work with other contract employees to track the multiple ongoing project/activity schedules and update them to the TKM business and IT at regular intervals.
  4. Follow the escalation matrix if no update is provided
  5. Work with the external vendor and coordinate the ongoing document digitization activity. Send a regular update to the business
  6. Regularly update the physical documents related to all ongoing Digital Transformation (DX) activities, as well as any new activity taken up in the Finance Obeya (meeting room).
  7. Identify and propose new/innovative SAP products that can be leveraged in the existing TKM system to improve and optimize the processes
