Role Summary

The Project Coordinator will support implementation of sustainable livelihood, agriculture, and community development programs in Nagaland. The position involves coordination with government agencies, Farmer Producer Groups, and local communities to ensure effective on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities and field implementation in assigned districts.
  • Liaise with government departments, FPOs, and community groups.
  • Support planning, monitoring, and reporting of project progress.
  • Organize field visits, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and compliance reports.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Agriculture, Rural Development, or related fields (Masters preferred).
  • 24 years experience in livelihood or development projects.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in English and local languages preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within Nagaland.
