Job Description Project Coordinator

Objectives

Project Coordinator assists and ensures all administrative, operational, and project activities run smoothly to meet goals and deadlines.
Act as a central point of communication, supporting teams and stakeholders from cross functional teams.
Achieve organizational goals adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

Interact with stakeholders from different hierarchies in consolidating data on different projects.
Ensures to generate and share Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly projects reports to Leadership team as required.
Maintain Employee database that tracks project assignments in the form of Lucid Charts and Org Charts.
Interact, communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across borders and work on projects assignments and drive to completion.
Collect project risks and channel appropriate management channels and escalate issues according to project work plan.
Serve as a point of communication between HR, Finance, WPR, and Leadership teams as per the need of the hour.

Required skills and qualifications

Proven experience of three or more years of experience in project coordination.
Strong problem solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools like Power BI, Lucid, MS Project, etc.
Experience coordinating teams across the globe.
Ability to interact with corporate forums, working with all levels of management.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
