Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Schedule meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Support risk management and change control processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
• Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with budgeting and reporting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Timings - 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
