Project Coordinator IoT & Embedded Systems

As a Project Manager for IoT projects at our company, your role will involve managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to final delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing detailed project plans with milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation. - Monitoring project timelines, managing risks, and proactively addressing issues to prevent delays. - Facilitating communication between internal teams (hardware, firmware, mobile, cloud) and external clients. - Scheduling and conducting regular project status meetings and stakeholder reviews. - Coordinating hardware prototyping, firmware development, and integration activities. - Supervising mobile app development aligned with firmware and hardware capabilities. - Overseeing integration of cloud solutions and ensuring interoperability with embedded and mobile systems. - Conducting quality assurance activities and ensuring adherence to project specifications. - Facilitating client demonstrations, obtaining formal project acceptance, and ensuring comprehensive documentation of all project phases. - Supporting post-deployment activities, including training, handover to operations/support teams, and resolution of post-delivery issues and client feedback. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, and Microsoft Project. - Knowledge of IoT protocols and technologies like MQTT, BLE, and Wi-Fi. - Familiarity with hardware/firmware integration processes. - Experience with mobile app development using Flutter, React Native, Android, and iOS. - Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure. - Ability to use communication and documentation tools like Slack, Teams, and Confluence.
