Job Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Interior Work, Civil Work, and MEP Services. The role involves coordinating drawings, site execution, vendor management, and ensuring smooth delivery of interior and civil projects. The candidate should be able to bridge between design and execution, and support the Project Manager/Head in planning and monitoring.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesCoordination & Drawings

• Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and SketchUp models for interiors and layouts.
• Coordinate with architects, client, consultants, and site engineers for smooth implementation.
• Ensure drawings, RFC/GFCs, and service layouts are updated as per site conditions.

Project Execution

• Coordinate and monitor interior finishing works (flooring, partitions, ceilings, painting, carpentry, etc.).
• Assist in supervision of civil and MEP works (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting).
• Ensure work quality and compliance with standards.
• Track project progress and maintain daily/weekly reports.

Site & Vendor Management

• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Resolve day-to-day technical/site coordination issues.
• Support in documentation like JMR, DPR, BOQ, and measurement sheets.

Client & Commercial Support

• Assist in preparing material requirement lists and BOQs.
• Support procurement team in identifying and sourcing project materials.
• Coordinate client/site meetings and update on project status.

Qualification & Skills

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.
• 1–4 years of experience in interiors, civil, or fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD & SketchUp (Revit or 3D Max is a plus).
• Understanding of interior finishing, civil execution, and MEP works.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
