Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage project documentation and complex BOM (Bill of Materials) releases, ensuring alignment with project schedules and manufacturing readiness.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective planning and execution of inquiries and orders.
Execute project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular status updates.
Prepare client instruction manuals, including BOM details, schematics, and testing procedures.
Support basic engineering and research activities, particularly in selection and sizing of equipment.
Handle technical communication with clients and distributors regarding inquiries and orders.
Collaborate with Sales Engineers via email/phone to provide project updates.
Select, size, and recommend material specifications for equipment based on customer datasheets.
Prepare cost estimates and formulate technical-commercial proposals for customers.
Generate MIS reports related to sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and proposal stages/status.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
Ability to interpret and prepare technical drawings and documentation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinking with problem-solving approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software/tools.
Team player with willingness to learn and grow.
Based in Vadodara and willing to travel.
