Job Description

Minimum 15 years experience

Experience in Retail mall and Villa projects

Must have Primavera/ PMP certificate

B.E /B.Tech in (Civil) from a reputed institute is preferable.

Diploma in (Civil) from a reputed institute

Handle the Procurement and Design work

Coordinating for the Design and procurement related works

He will work closely with Design / procurement and project management.

Supervise the project procurement process

Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle

Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports

Coordination with top management and client.

Software skills - MS Project, Primavera P6.
