Job Description

As a Process Associate for Invoice to Cash at Genpact, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations with a focus on maintaining SLA standards. Your role will involve resolving queries related to cash application and collaborating with customers to ensure seamless processes. Your responsibilities will include making collection calls to customers, sending invoices via email/fax or mail based on customer preferences, and managing unidentified cash while overseeing the complete cash application process. You will be tasked with reconciling orders, resolving disputes, and communicating effectively with both customers and internal departments to achieve satisfactory resolutions. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) and possess strong English language skills, both verbal and written. Freshers are welcome to apply for this position. Additionally, candidates with significant experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash and strong interpersonal skills such as clear communication and problem-solving abilities are preferred.
