Project Coordinator Furniture Manufacturing

The Project Coordinator for Furniture Manufacturing will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end project activities within the furniture manufacturing unit. You will be tasked with coordinating between design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of client orders. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with clients, designers, and internal departments to gather project requirements, create detailed project schedules and work plans, monitor daily project progress, follow up with production and procurement teams, assist in preparing project budgets, manage documentation, ensure quality standards and client specifications are met, conduct site visits, maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders, adhere to safety and compliance standards, and prepare progress reports for management. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 5-7 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in furniture or interior manufacturing. Knowledge of furniture production processes and materials is advantageous. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and project management tools, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and willingness to travel to client or site locations as required are also essential for this position.,
