Job Title: Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling project activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for project updates.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and trackers.
• Monitor project progress and escalate delays to the manager.
• Ensure all project materials and resources are available on time.
• Support in preparing project proposals, presentations, and timelines.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to the project.
• Maintain communication logs, minutes of meetings, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure adherence to project guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering/Management preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination (freshers with strong skills can also apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
