Store making Handling Project management of required renovations and new stores which
are upcoming with vendors/Malls/Agencies involved.
- Drawings/BOQ Good hand in studying the drawings and BOQ of project. Do Cost analysis.
- Maintenance – Maintaining store maintenance with Team members and store staff.
- Alterations – Handling required important alterations in stores as per Management’s call.
- Warehouse – Take over Warehousing and assuring assets in warehouse to be best kept.
Documenting all incoming and outgoing furniture. Maintain warehouse with appropriate
placement of all assets.
- Sampling – Procuring samples of different materials in market like Tiles, Paint, Glasses,
Veneers, Laminates, ACP etc. etc.
- AUTOCAD – Good hand on AutoCAD.
