Project Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with at least 6 months of exposure to Zoho One implementations and/or Full Stack development projects. This role is ideal for early-career professionals or recent graduates from technical backgrounds who are eager to grow in project coordination, agile delivery and business-technology alignment.

The Project Coordinator will support Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of Zoho One and Full Stack software projects in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination & Delivery

• Support Project Managers in planning, executing and tracking Zoho One and Full Stack projects.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, business users and external partners to ensure timely task completion.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables; escalate risks and issues when required.
• Prepare and maintain project trackers, reports and dashboards.

2. Agile & Sprint Support

• Assist in sprint planning, backlog tracking and release coordination.
• Schedule stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and cross-team meetings.
• Document meeting notes, action items and follow-ups.
• Support adherence to agile best practices and quality standards.

3. Zoho One & Business Support

• Assist in implementation, enhancement and support of Zoho One applications (CRM, Books, Creator, Analytics, etc.).
• Work with users to gather and document business requirements.
• Support integrations, data migration and configuration activities under guidance.
• Assist in user training and change management activities.

4. Documentation & Communication

• Maintain project documentation including requirements, sprint plans, release notes and issue logs.
• Support internal and client communications related to project updates and milestones.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

5. Risk & Quality Support

• Help identify project risks, dependencies and bottlenecks.
• Support issue resolution and escalation processes.
• Review deliverables for completeness and adherence to requirements.

Qualifications & Skills Experience

• Minimum 6 months experience to Zoho One implementation projects, Full Stack development projects or software project coordination.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or hands-on project exposure are encouraged to apply.

Technical Knowledge

• Basic to good understanding of Full Stack development concepts (front-end, back-end, databases, APIs, cloud basics).
• Exposure to Zoho One applications (CRM, Books, Creator, Analytics, etc.) is preferred.
• Familiarity with integrations, data migration and agile workflows is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.

Additional Requirements

• Willing to work in UST & EST time zones.
• Onsite role.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Hindi, Kannada or Malayalam is an added advantage.
• Flexible with shift timings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹144,000.00 per year
