Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
1. Define delivery objectives, strategies, and plans to meet customer requirements. 2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. 3. Establish delivery processes and procedures and ensure compliance by the team. 4. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues on site. 5. Communicate project status, progress, and issues effectively to stakeholders and senior management. 6. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product and act as the first point of issue resolution for client-raised concerns, coordinating with respective teams for timely closure. 7. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. 8. Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively managing client expectations, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining a strong focus on service quality and continuous improvement. 9. Manage project changes and ensure project documentation is consistently maintained and updated. 10. Facilitate project meetings and workshops, including project kick-offs, status reviews, and post-mortem evaluations. 11. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation. 12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and vendors. 13. Serve as the site representative for Business and Delivery to ensure effective account management and facilitate horizontal growth of all products. 14. Demonstrate knowledge of basic computer operations, maintenance, deployment, and integration.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
2. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
