Project Coordinator

As a Civil Site/Project Engineer at D.S.PARIHAR & ASSOCIATES, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Checking contractor works and providing supervision on a day-to-day basis at all sites. - Coordinating with contractors to ensure a smooth flow of work. - Monitoring the daily progress of all sites. - Preparation of BOQ for civil works. - Creating estimates and verifying bills of contractors as per tender. - Estimating quantities and costs of materials to determine project feasibility. - Providing guidelines to contractors for resource management with maximum benefit to cost ratio. - Conducting site supervision and execution checks to ensure construction work aligns with project technical specifications and drawings. - Coordinating with the head office for updating the previous day's work and planning for the day. - Verifying bills of the contractor based on actual work executed at the site. - Promptly discussing any arising issues with management or superiors. - Maintaining checklists for prioritized work execution and updating them accordingly. If you are a Graduate Engineer with 2 years of experience or a Diploma holder in Civil with 5 years of experience, this position offers a unique opportunity for on-site deputation to Pithampur in the company bus for 4 days a week and in Indore for 2 days a week.
