Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:

  Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. Break projects into actionable tasks and define timeframes.

• Client Liaison:

  Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Ensure client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Team Coordination:

  Assign tasks to internal teams, assist with schedule management, and help remove blockers in collaboration with the Project Manager.

• Budget & Procurement Management:

  Assist in preparing budgets, oversee procurement processes, and monitor project expenditures.

• Risk & Opportunity Analysis:

  Identify project risks and opportunities, and propose mitigation strategies.

• Monitoring & Reporting:

  Track project progress, handle arising issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

• Documentation & Compliance:

  Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Issue legal paperwork such as contracts and agreements.

• Quality Assurance:

  Ensure project standards and requirements are met through quality assurance tests and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project coordination or project management support roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Understanding of budgeting, procurement, and risk management principles.
• Attention to detail with the ability to prepare comprehensive documentation and reports.
