Project Coordinator Civil - Shirpur

As a Civil Engineer with 8-10 years of experience on construction sites, your role will involve assisting in the coordination of project activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining accurate project documentation, such as contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports. - Facilitating effective communication among project team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to meet project objectives. - Conducting regular site visits to monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures. - Supporting the procurement process by obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and coordinating deliveries of materials and equipment. - Assisting in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost control measures. - Overseeing quality control procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards. - Coordinating project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover of completed projects to clients. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.E. in Civil Engineering, M.Tech. preferred - Courses in Structural Engineering preferred - Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in design and construction aspects of Civil, Structural, and Architectural - Knowledge of AutoCAD, computerized reporting, and MS Office package - Experience in leading the Project Management Team through civil construction, MEP, and fit-out Projects - Knowledge of local language (written and spoken) is mandatory.,
