Project Coordinator

In this role, you’ll manage timelines, facilitate team coordination, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders. You’ll work closely with our designers, strategists, and clients to ensure projects stay on track, on time, and aligned with strategic goals. Your ability to anticipate roadblocks, bring structure to complex processes, and inspire focus in fast-paced environments will make you indispensable to the team.

What You’ll Do:

Plan and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring smooth progress from concept to delivery.

Communicate daily with clients and internal teams to keep expectations aligned and momentum strong.

Monitor milestones and proactively address any delays or blockers.

Track team performance, identify bandwidth issues, and adjust plans when needed.

Prepare and share project reports that offer clarity, visibility, and accountability.

Translate client goals into actionable tasks with realistic timelines and clear ownership.

The ability to think from both a client and an agency lens.

Experience using project management platforms like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
