activities and ensuring regular follow-up with suppliers for on time delivery of equipment &
accessories

• Coordinating with the associates / vendors for timely completion of the job on day-to-day basis as
per key dates set in discussion with the Station team.
• Checking the specifications and quantity of the materials received are as per requirement
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications Overseeing the
selection and requisition of materials
• Ensuring that all Civil & Interior site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per
shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan
• On boarding new vendors as specified in company portal.
• Ensuring the proper hand over after completion of sang list by contractor.
