Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide leadership and strategic direction for projects from design to execution.
Oversee design management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory codes, and client requirements.
Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, schedules, and resources.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to drive project efficiency.
Conduct design reviews, approve drawings, and manage change requests.
Establish and implement quality control and compliance measures across projects.
Oversee vendor/contractor selection, negotiations, and performance monitoring.
Manage risks, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Ensure effective communication with senior management, clients, and key stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and guide project coordination teams to achieve departmental objectives.

Prepare and present progress reports, MIS, and dashboards for leadership review.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in architecture / project management (or related field).
1015 years of experience in design coordination, architecture projects, or project management.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, and other design/project management tools.
