Project Controller

Job Purpose
The Project Controller is responsible for accurate financial management of assigned projects. This includes tracking and reporting revenues, costs, overheads, cash flow forecasting, validating invoices, and supporting project managers with financial strategies to meet contractual requirements.Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records of revenues and costs for projects.Forecast Earned Value and cash flow; develop optimal strategies with PMs.Reconcile project revenues & costs with accounts.Validate invoices, track payment milestones, and follow up on receivables.Prepare monthly forecasts, revenue reports, and margin analysis.Advise Project & Service Line Managers on project financial performance.Primary SkillsStrong knowledge of Project Cost Control & financial forecasting.Experience in Revenue & Cash Flow Management.Proficiency in Excel / Financial Modeling / MIS Reporting.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).Secondary SkillsKnowledge of ERP / project accounting systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.Teamwork, planning & organizational skills.Client interaction & relationship management.Behavioral CompetenciesProblem-solving & judgment.Team collaboration.Client focus & relationship building.Agility and adaptability.
