Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant/Consultant Analytics at EY, you will utilize your expertise in either Banking or Insurance industries to develop Analytics Based Decision Making Frameworks for clients in the Banking and Insurance sector. Your role will involve project management, client management, and supporting business development and new analytics solution development activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Analytics Based Decision Making Frameworks for clients in the Banking and Insurance sector - Manage projects and client relationships effectively - Support business development and new analytics solution development activities Qualification Required: - A B Tech degree from a top-tier engineering school or a Masters in Statistics/Economics from a top university - Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in statistical modelling including Logistic/Linear regression, GLM modelling, Time-series forecasting, Scorecard development, etc. - Hands-on experience in at least one Statistics tool such as SAS, Python, or R - Experience in Tableau and Qlikview would be a plus - Data mining experience in Clustering and Segmentation - Knowledge of Machine learning and Python - Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills - Highly flexible, adaptable, and creative - Ability to interact comfortably with senior executives both within the firm and at client sites - Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility Additional Information about EY: EY is a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services.
