JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales,

2. Structuring business planning, meeting planned goals and coordinating with marketing department on lead generation.

3. Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team.

4. Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members.

5. Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team.

6. Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.

7. Travelling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area.

8. Visiting Architects and Consultants.

9. Setting Individual Sales targets of the sales team, tracking sales goals.

10. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
