Urgent Hiring for ISP Industry Role: Legal Officer Job Location: Thiruvananthapuram (travel across India) Experience: Min. 5+ years of experience in handling corporate legal matters, preferably in the DTH/ISP, telecom, or media industry Qualification: LLB from a reputed Institute Skills: High energy levels, good interpersonal relationships, and strong legal acumen Salary: Upto 7.2LPA Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive/Officer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contracts and agreements, handling litigation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing legal advisory to internal stakeholders. The role requires sound legal knowledge, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Draft and review contracts; support negotiation and execution. Maintain contract records and ensure compliance with obligations. Handle legal notices, documentation, and communication with LCOs/broadcasters. Manage litigation processes and coordinate with legal counsel.
