We are seeking a highly skilled Project Consultant to oversee the end-to-end execution of an on-demand delivery mobile application. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain expertise in delivery tech, mobile app development lifecycles, vendor and stakeholder management, and agile implementation strategies. You will serve as the strategic bridge between the business vision and technical execution—ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Lead and advise on project planning, scope definition, and roadmap creation Guide and supervise vendor selection, RFP evaluations, and contract negotiations Coordinate with UI/UX designers, product owners, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders Define and track project KPIs, milestones, and deliverables using tools like Jira/ClickUp Ensure alignment of product features with customer expectations and business goals Manage discovery phase inputs like wireframes, use cases, and technical feasibility checks Monitor development phases: MVP release, QA/UAT, go-live, and post-launch support Advise on technology stack, third-party integrations (e.g., maps, payment gateways, SMS/OTP), and cloud hosting Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions Prepare weekly status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Train internal teams for handover and operational continuity 🧠 Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in tech consulting, project management, or startup execution Proven experience in delivery tech, eCommerce, logistics, or quick commerce (Q-Commerce) apps Familiarity with mobile app development lifecycle (iOS & Android) and backend/API structures Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and wireframe review (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) Hands-on with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and negotiation skills Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance in app development 💡 Preferred Qualifications: PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certifications Past experience launching or advising delivery apps Background in working with offshore development vendors
7–10+ years in software development, with at least 3 years in lead / CTO / senior architect roles. Proven experience building on-demand delivery, logistics, or quick commerce platforms (e.g., grocery, ride-hailing, q-commerce). Strong understanding of mobile app development (iOS, Android), backend APIs, cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure), databases, and DevOps. Familiarity with MVP execution, agile processes, QA/testing frameworks. Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business language for non-technical founders.
