Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain records and documentation in system and Excel
Validate documents and verify information as per client guidelines
Liaise with HR SPOCs, institutes, or candidates for data collection and verification closures
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion
Perform market research, profiling, and secondary research
Ensure timely closures of verification checks
Deliver with accuracy, focus, and quality

Skills & Attributes

Strong communication skills (written & verbal English)
Analytical, detail-oriented, target-driven
Knowledge of AML processes and experience preferred
Experience with transformation projects in banking is a plus
Business requirements gathering & stakeholder management skills
