Project Construction Manager

Role Overview: As the coordinator for the MEP design consultant, Contractors, and vendors, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and timely execution of works. You will oversee the performance of the Consultant, Technical site supervisor, and Contractor to ensure they fulfill their duties effectively. Your role will involve preparing Material Inspection reports, organizing principal meetings, and documenting essential information. Additionally, you will track project progress in terms of BOQ, Design Approval, NT items, and Variation reports. Monitoring the project schedule and devising mitigation plans for any delays will also fall under your purview. Furthermore, you will be tasked with creating the Testing and Commissioning schedule for all MEP assets.
