Job Description

You will be responsible for coordinating with the Clients" appointed MEP design consultant, Contractors, and vendors to ensure the smooth and timely execution of the works. You will monitor the performance of the Consultant, Technical site supervisor, and Contractor in carrying out their duties and responsibilities effectively. Your duties will include preparing Material Inspection reports, convening and chairing principal meetings, and recording all necessary information. Additionally, you will monitor the project progress in terms of BOQ, Design Approval, NT items, and Variation reports. It will be your responsibility to monitor the project schedule and prepare mitigation plans for any delayed works. You will also be in charge of preparing the Testing and Commissioning schedule for all MEP assets.,
