Project Construction Manager

Role Overview: As the Coordinator in this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Clients" appointed MEP design consultant, Contractors, and vendors to ensure the smooth and timely execution of the works. You will monitor the performance of the Consultant, Technical site supervisor, and Contractor in carrying out their duties and responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Material Inspection reports - Convene and chair principal meetings - Record all necessary information - Monitor project progress in terms of BOQ, Design Approval, NT items, and Variation reports - Monitor project schedule and prepare mitigation plans for any delayed works - Prepare Testing and Commissioning schedule for all MEP assets Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in coordinating with MEP design consultants, Contractors, and vendors - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to monitor project progress and prepare necessary reports - Knowledge of BOQ, Design Approval, NT items, and Variation reports - Experience in preparing Testing and Commissioning schedules for MEP assets,
