Project Coordinator

Role Overview

This role ensures seamless project execution by aligning internal teams, tracking project progress, maintaining quality standards, and leveraging project management tools for efficient operations. The focus is on managing internal workflows, generating insights through analytics, and ensuring structured project reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Internal Team Coordination & Execution

Align internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Track tasks, dependencies, and resource allocation to maintain workflow efficiency.
Ensure clear communication within teams regarding project goals, milestones, and expectations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve roadblocks and ensure operational efficiency.

2. Project Reporting & Documentation

Maintain structured project reports, tracking progress, risks, and performance metrics.
Develop dashboards and insights to monitor project status and highlight key takeaways.
Document project learnings, best practices, and action points for continuous improvement.
Provide structured updates to leadership on project health, timelines, and resource utilization.

3. Expertise in Project Management Tools & Analytics

Utilize project management tools (Clickup, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent) for task tracking and execution.
Leverage analytics to assess project performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
Ensure data accuracy in tracking tools and generate reports for better decision-making.
Automate reporting and workflow tracking to enhance project efficiency.

4. Process Optimization & Quality Control

Maintain adherence to project delivery standards with a focus on reducing rework and inefficiencies.
Implement best practices in project management methodologies (Agile).
Identify process gaps and recommend optimizations to enhance team productivity.
Ensure documentation of SOPs and standard workflows for project execution.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in project management, operations, or program coordination.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in project management tools (Clickup, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent).
Analytical Mindset: Ability to generate and interpret reports, dashboards, and project KPIs.
Process-Oriented: Strong ability to structure workflows, improve processes, and ensure delivery discipline.
Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Ability to work cross-functionally to drive execution without direct client interaction.
