Job Title: Project Co-Ordinator – IT Services
Experience: 1–3 years
Location: Ahmedabad (WFO only)
Shift: UK Shift (IST 2 PM – 11 PM)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to support IT service delivery and ensure smooth project execution. The role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to manage timelines, track progress, and maintain documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, execution, and tracking of IT projects following SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Use project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ClickUp, or similar) to maintain project schedules, tasks, and reports.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for requirements, updates, and issue resolution.
Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Support project managers in resource allocation, risk tracking, and project delivery.

Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and IT delivery processes.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ClickUp, etc.).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Client-facing skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.

Note: This is a WFO position in Ahmedabad for candidates comfortable with the UK Shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
