Job Summary:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with company goals and client expectations.
Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; ensure adherence to timelines and financial controls.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage project changes effectively.
Conduct regular progress reviews and report project status to senior management.
Maintain strict compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks established by Kent Constructions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in high-rise residential construction.
Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from planning to completion.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools.
Strong knowledge of local building regulations and statutory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
