Industry: Solar EPC / Electrical / Infrastructure
To manage day-to-day site execution of solar power projects and ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines, while coordinating with the head office team.
Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, and schedule
Supervise civil, structure, module, and electrical works
Ensure daily productivity of labour, technicians, and vendors
Coordinate with electricians, fitters, crane operators, and subcontractors
Verify receipt of materials at site (structure, modules, cables, panels, etc.)
Maintain material inward, usage, and balance records
Prevent material damage, theft, or misuse
Raise material requirement in advance to avoid delays
Ensure work quality as per company standards and DISCOM norms
Follow basic safety practices at site (PPE, safe work methods)
Report any quality or safety issues immediately to office team
Submit daily progress reports (WhatsApp / Excel / Google Sheet)
Share site photos, videos, and measurements
Coordinate with design, purchase, and accounts teams for smooth execution
Inform management about delays, risks, or site issues in advance
Coordinate with client representatives, local authorities, and village contacts
Handle basic site-level discussions professionally
Support inspections, testing, and handover activities
Experience:
2 to 8 years in solar / electrical / infra project execution
Experience as Site Engineer / Site Supervisor / Site In-Charge
Strong site handling & execution mindset
Basic understanding of solar plant components & workflow
Ability to manage labour and vendors firmly
Comfortable with WhatsApp reporting, site photos, and basic Excel
Willingness to stay at remote project locations

Fixed monthly / project-wise payment (negotiable based on experience)
