Job Description

1. Government Liaisoning: Establish and maintain strong relationships with officials in energy, DISCOMs, rural development, industries, and urban planning departments. Track and attend pre-bid meetings, department briefings, and government industry events. Monitor tender releases, EOIs, and vendor registration processes across multiple states. Ensure timely submission of documents related to eligibility, PQ, bid clarifications, and work order follow-ups. 2. Strategic Marketing & Outreach: Identify target departments and geographies where solar EPC opportunities exist or are emerging. Represent the company in industry expos, government meetings, and official forums. Build visibility and brand trust with senior officials, procurement officers, and consultants. 3. Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with in-house teams for documentation, technical submissions, and site visits. Maintain weekly status reports on lead tracking, opportunity mapping, and follow-up actions. Help prepare state-wise dashboards of opportunity pipelines and relationship health. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Candidate Profile: Education: Graduate in Engineering / Business / Public Administration / Energy / Marketing MBA preferred but not mandatory Experience: 38 years in government liaisoning, project marketing, or infrastructure sales Prior exposure to solar, energy, or infra-related sectors preferred Skills: Strong communication in English, Hindi, and preferably Telugu Confident in face-to-face meetings and official representations Well-versed in government systems, tendering norms, and stakeholder handling Willingness to travel frequently and maintain follow-through --- Salary: Based on experience + Travel Reimbursement + Performance Incentives Reporting To: Director – Business Development
