Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Lead and manage Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) projects, including CompactLogix, ControlLogix, PlantPAx, FactoryTalk View, and RS Logix 5000.
  2. Develop and implement project execution plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  3. Support for Design, program, and optimize PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems.
  4. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of automation projects.
  5. Help internal team for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and system commissioning.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers, ensuring effective project execution.
  7. Handle entire automation department.


Required Skills & Competencies:


  1. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) platforms.
  2. Expertise in PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS system programming and troubleshooting.
  3. Experience working in Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Utilities industries.
  4. Familiarity with communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.).
  5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while ensuring quality and compliance.
