Project Architect

Responsibilities :

Concept & Space Planning:
Develop initial architectural concepts and optimize the layout for efficient passenger flow, seamlessly integrating all station levels.
User Experience & Accessibility:
Design for intuitive navigation, enhanced comfort, and ensure full accessibility for all commuters, adhering to universal design principles.
Material & Aesthetics:
Select durable, appropriate materials and define the station's visual identity, meticulously considering factors like safety, maintainability, and long-term sustainability.
Multi-disciplinary Coordination:
Ensure seamless integration of architectural designs with civil, structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and other essential systems, facilitating a holistic project approach.
Compliance & Documentation:
Guarantee that all designs meet relevant building codes, safety regulations, and prepare all necessary documentation for internal reviews and external approvals during the bidding phase.

Profile/Skills

Education:
Graduate in Architecture.
Experience:
Minimum experience of
10 years
in planning and designing of
underground Metro Stations
, or in
PMC (Project Management Consultancy)
or
execution
of underground metro stations.
