Job Summary :-

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Architect to lead the design and execution of residential projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, creativity in design, and the ability to manage projects from concept to construction stage. This role involves coordinating with consultants, managing timelines, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality architectural solutions that meet client needs and project goals.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Design Leadership: Lead the architectural design and development of residential projects from initial concept through construction.
• Technical Drawings: Prepare, review, and oversee detailed architectural drawings, CAD plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Consultant Coordination: Collaborate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure seamless design integration.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Project Management: Manage project deliverables, design timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely execution without compromising quality.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, environmental guidelines, and safety standards.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Innovation: Bring creativity and functionality together in design solutions while optimizing space, cost, and aesthetics.
• Team Collaboration: Mentor junior architects and work collaboratively with project teams to achieve excellence in delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications :-

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 10+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proven experience in residential projects with a strong design portfolio.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Excellent understanding of local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
