Project Architect

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect at Architec US in Gurugram. And we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Architect to oversee and manage architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet client requirements, budget constraints, and quality standards.Key Responsibility:-Project Planning and Design:Develop and conceptualize innovative architectural designs that align with client goals and project specifications.Prepare detailed drawings and design documents using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.Project Management:Manage all phases of the project, from initial design to final construction.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Develop and adhere to project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.Team Collaboration:Lead and mentor design teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and other professionals to integrate all aspects of the design.Construction Oversight:Oversee construction progress to ensure it aligns with architectural plans and quality standards.Address and resolve any design or construction-related issues that arise during the project.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure designs meet building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.Prepare and submit permit applications and other required documentation.QualificationsEducation: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in architectural design and project management.Software Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.Knowledge: Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and sustainability practices.Skills:Exceptional design and visualization abilities.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Exposure to diverse and exciting projects.How to Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume, portfolio, and a cover letter detailing their experience and design philosophy.Lets build inspiring spaces together!
