Job Description

As a Project Architect located in Prayagraj with Square Miles Construction Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing and reviewing architectural plans - Ensuring that projects meet environmental and regulatory standards - Coordinating with clients and contractors - Managing project timelines and budgets - Preparing submittals To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Expertise in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills - Knowledge of Project Management and Submittals processes - Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in relevant architectural software - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field - Proficient in Autocad, Revit & sketch-up - Experience in taking ground notes and maintaining site records - Capable of guiding the drawing on site and providing daily routine updates - Skilled in the preparation of estimation Please note that Square Miles Construction Pvt.
