Project Architect (Conservation)

As a Project Architect (Conservation) with 5-7 years of experience, your role at Somaya Sampat will involve leading conservation projects with comprehensive coordination across interiors, structure, and MEP. You will be responsible for overseeing site execution with a strong focus on detail and quality. Your tasks will include preparing and reviewing working drawings, detailing, and coordinating with consultants. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and adhering to conservation specifications and documentation standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead conservation projects with holistic coordination across interiors, structure, and MEP. - Oversee site execution with a strong eye for detail and quality. - Prepare and review working drawings, detailing, and coordinate with consultants. - Contribute to the development and adherence to conservation specifications and documentation standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputed Indian or international institute. - 5-7 years of relevant professional experience. - Excellent coordination and communication skills in collaborative, team-based environments. - Strong site exposure with hands-on knowledge of working drawings and detailing. - Familiarity with Architectural Conservation Specifications & Documentation. - Experience with conservation of loadbearing structures with timber framing, adaptive reuse, and expansion is highly desirable. - Knowledge of International Standards & Systems will be an advantage. - Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SketchUp; additional software knowledge is a plus.,
