Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project and Sales Coordinator at Rohan Engineering Enterprise, based in salt lake sector 5. Responsibilities include coordinating sales processes and operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, assisting in project management activities, and liaising between the sales and engineering teams. The role requires maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and supporting clients through every stage of the sales and project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Coordination, Sales, and Sales Operations
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for tracking sales, preparing reports, and managing projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in engineering or manufacturing-related industries is an advantage
