Project and Client Onboarding Director

UnifyCX is growing and currently seeking an experienced Project and Client Onboarding Director to be a part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating people and processes to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes of multiple projects. Your tasks will include reviewing client requirements, developing project plans, assigning owners and timelines, leading project calls, and overseeing projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed project and implementation plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, organizing and leading project meetings, motivating project teams, assisting in team development, monitoring project progress, managing risks, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and maintaining project documentation. Additionally, you will need to have strong communication skills, project management experience, familiarity with BPO AI solutions, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
