Ensuring that all necessary details are captured in JIRA tickets, including acceptance criteria and dependencies. Customizing process workflows to align with project needs and improve efficiency. Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide insights on regular and backlog JIRA tickets. Develop multiple reports to track ticket progress, highlight gaps and deviations Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
