Job Description

Role Overview: As a Project Analyst at LSEG, you will play a vital role in supporting multiple project workstreams and lifecycles to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives, plans, documentation, and reporting. Your collaboration with D&A Operations leaders and senior members of the Program Management Team will be crucial in ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of transformation programs. Key Responsibilities: - Join and facilitate meetings to monitor project progress, timelines, task progression, and provide guidance to project leads and workstream in case of delays or budget overruns. - Stay updated on market, technology, data, and operational trends by contributing curated research materials, white papers, and business cases as agreed by Operations LT members. - Coordinate meetings, maintain accurate action and decision logs, and update program status while supporting the team in various administrative tasks. - Conduct detailed risk logging in line with LSEG risk processes, including assessing the probability and severity of risks. - Manage the repository of standard project templates, project library, and reporting systems, while continuously seeking improvements. - Assist in monitoring a change roadmap for the portfolio and follow change management processes and policies. - Analyze data to support project and program reporting, maintain up-to-date information, and monitor project resourcing requirements for resource optimization. Key Skills: - Utilize project management methodologies to lead project resources and activities effectively. - Analyze and interpret data to derive insights and conclusions. - Maintain and operate organization databases and project management tools on multiple platforms. - Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to different audiences. - Identify solutions to overcome challenges and continuously seek process improvements. - Collaborate effectively with others, build positive relationships, and network efficiently. - Demonstrate strong planning, organizing, and resource management skills to achieve outcomes within defined timeframes and standards. - Understand and adapt to different project management approaches (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) based on project requirements. - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Willingness to work flexible hours as required, including UK/US shifts.
