As a Project Coordinator/Manager Operations Team at UPPTeam, you will play a crucial role in our leading AEC design support firm specializing in providing high-quality outsourcing solutions for clients in the USA. Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication, seamless project coordination, managing project timelines, deliverables, and invoicing for successful execution. Your expertise in client coordination, communication, and project management, especially in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects, will be highly valued in this role. You will collaborate with internal teams, proactively identify and address project challenges, maintain accurate project documentation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proven experience in project coordination or a related field. Your ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, and prior experience in client coordination and project management will be key to your success in this role. An MBA or a relevant degree is preferred.
